Intrinsic as well as extrinsic motivation can be found in this picture. A person's desire to be healthy and look better is a great incentive. As I mentioned before, this person's desire to exercise can be extrinsically motivated because let's suppose that this person wants to be physically fit in order to be atractive. In the other hand, this person can also be intrinsically motivated because she may want to have a better and long-lasting life.
